James Davidson was born and raised in the great state of Texas. After graduating high school he began his professional journey in construction, both on the job and in the books. He received his bachelor's degree in Construction Management with a minor in Industrial Safety from Sam Houston State University. He also furthered his education by becoming both OSHA 30 & BPI certified. Soon after, he sought out a sales career in manufacturing which led him to the Aerospace Industry in Phoenix, Az. Looking for something more, he obtained his real estate license in Arizona and this is where he got his first taste of being an agent. After working with so many wonderful people he realized the Real Estate industry was where he was supposed to be. He soon moved back home and sought out his Texas real estate license and has been serving the Houston area since.
